Sisters Weekend

It was sister weekend in Las Vegas!! This means:

  • Eating out
  • Shopping
  • Laying out at the pool
  • Playing games
  • Exercising! (Yes, believe it or not, on Thursday morning Kamie, Nicole, Michelle and I went to a 5:30 a.m. Boot Camp class.)

I have never had so much fun working out before in my life. At one point Michelle tried to out run me and tripped. Next thing I see is her sliding clear across the gym floor. Absolutely hilarious.

Thursday night we all went and ate at AGAVE. (Not my favorite place to eat, but the conversation was good.)

Michelle and Brooke K. (Michelle was really excited for the evening.)

My brother and sister-in-law put a pool and hot tub in their backyard. So NICE! It was great to relax in after that 5:30 a.m. Boot Camp.

Me and Nicole

So fun. Just mom is missing in this picture.

Friday night Samantha made the most amazing guacamole and Kamie and I made granola bars. Not the best combo but they did taste pretty darn good!

Michelle always has some great challenge for someone. Here she challenged Ashley to eat 10 Oreo cookies at once. Ugh!

She did it!

Now it is getting late. We have already watched a movie (Bride Wars - not my favorite pic), played a round of Back Ally Bridge and now we are playing spoons! I can't believe how much fun can come from such a silly game!!

Yeah, it was getting late. This is Kamie and a little of Michelle.
Can't wait until next year!!!

Let's Go Braves!!!

Don't ya just love when spring comes around and you find yourself back at the ball field?
This year Davis has moved up from 'Coach Pitch' to 'Kid Pitch' baseball. HUGE difference! The kids are finally understanding the game and are actually making plays. (When the ball gets hit, of course) We also now have 'winners' and 'losers' - no more of that 'everyone is a winner'. Our first game we lost 12-2. OUCH!!
The pictures below are from Davis' first game. He played first base the first two innings and got two kids out! The next two innings he pitched. Then he finished out in left field. His favorite to play was first base.

Davis got one hit this game, but didn't score.

Here he is pitching.

The Great Hunt...

The kids went on an Egg Hunt in out backyard. Here are a few pics...

Not a good sign.......

I came down stairs to find Dawson sitting next to this pile of gum wrappers - with NO gum in his mouth! Nice. I'm going to love changing this diaper.

A Little Sleepy. . . . .

Going, going..... GONE.

Don't ya just love it when your kids fall asleep at the dinner table? He was soooo tired that he couldn't even keep his head up. We loved watching him fall right over onto Davis' chair.
