We started out in a nice shaded area, then, of course, by the time the parade actually started, we were in the sun.

Now we'll try a sticky bun.
That evening, we got together with some of our neighbors and BBQ'd, made s'mores, and did some fireworks.
After we had done all the fire works, we went home and climbed out on the roof to watch Meridians fire works. It was a great family day.

A few days before the fourth Jason was missing all of our 4ths we spent out front with you and the rest of the neighborhood. Good times, good friends.
